Had both family and en-suite bathroom installed by SC designs. From the front of house staff to the installation team I found the process to be on point. We were able to view products in the showroom and view on screen to help visualise the bathroom(s). This was great on a way of helping us understand the space we had to work with. Recently had a bathroom Installed for my elderly mother. We didn't want the typical adapted bathroom, we went to Sc designs as they have installed several bathrooms for various family members over the years. There is no where else we would consider. Last year I got my bathroom done by this company, I've recently signed up "virtually" for my kitchen, I've done this because I am so pleased with the service I was given previously and I'm so confident in the ability of this team! Scott and Christine are so approachable and the customer experience means so much to them. I had a couple of snags with my bathroom which were rectified quickly and effectively. I would recommend SC Designs to anyway and I am so grateful for the amazing job they left. I can't wait to see how my kitchen turns out!

We used SC designs for our kitchen. My husband didn't want anything to do with it and wanted someone else to project manage from start to finish. This is exactly what we got from Scott. I made some tweaks along the way which he accommodated without fuss. I had a very definite idea about what I wanted and he encouraged that whilst advising how to achieve it. SC Designs basically ripped the whole kitchen out back to a shell and started again. So plastering, electrics, tilling etc as well as the kitchen itself .The finish is excellent and I am thrilled to bits with it! Scott has really high expectations of his team, this is very much to the customer's advantage, he expects perfection . We hit a major snag when during the install my old boiler died on us and was condemned. Scott offered us heaters for that night and ensured we got our new boiler fitted ASAP and any re-work to the kitchen would be taken care of. The price we paid didn't change regardless of how long the job took and what work electricians etc had to do to get it right. Everyone who came to our house was friendly and we trusted leaving them to it. I would recommend SC Designs to family and friends and I don't take recommending to others lightly. If you use this company for a kitchen get the best work top you can afford, we got stone and it's so much nicer for it! NB I'm writing this review after we had a small leak under the sink and the plumber was literally out ASAP to fix it. It was nothing major but the after care reminded me I still needed to leave this review! Thanks & Well done to the whole team.

From our initial appointments at SC Designs showroom through to completion, the whole process was seamless, we kind of knew what we wanted and were helped by Gemma to achieve that. We were given dates for our bathroom starting and that's exactly when it started - the guys were in, ripped the old bathroom out, prepped for the new one going in, cleared away all the rubbish and were finished by 3pm. The tiler arrived next day and tiled top to bottom in a day, plumber next day and that was it.....3 days and done, the guys cleaned up after themselves every night too. Everything is covered with SC even down to putting letters through your neighbours doors to let them know there will be work going on and vans around. They've thought of every little detail ! We will NEVER use individual tradesmen again. Honestly can't recommend SC enough.
